These are private tools run by one person for one household. There is no company here, no analytics, no advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties. This page describes exactly what is collected and why.

Signing in with Google

Services here use Google Sign-In purely to establish who you are. When you sign in, the application receives:

• your email address — checked against a short list of people allowed to use that service;
• your name and profile picture, used only to show who is signed in.

No password is ever seen or stored — authentication happens at Google. A signed session cookie is set in your browser so you are not asked to sign in on every page.

Google Calendar access

One service requests permission to read and write calendar data. It is used solely to create and update events on the calendar of the account that granted it — for example turning a schedule into calendar entries. Calendar data is not copied elsewhere, analysed, or shared.

Email accounts

Where a service reads email, it does so over IMAP using an application- specific password that the account owner supplies. It reads only the mailbox it was given and only to perform the task asked of it, such as filing or labelling messages.

Where data lives

Everything is stored on a server in a private residence, not on rented cloud infrastructure. Access from outside is over HTTPS only, and every service requires authentication. Backups stay on the same machine and on local storage.

What is not done

• No third-party analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising.
• No selling, renting, or sharing of personal data.
• No use of your content to train machine-learning models.
• No accounts for the general public — access is by invitation only.

Retention and removal

Data is kept for as long as the person it belongs to keeps using the service. To have your access revoked and your data deleted, ask — it is a manual process performed by a person, usually the same day.

You can also revoke the Google permissions yourself at any time from your Google account permissions page. Doing so ends the ability to sign in.
